Learning to be a Grief Tender:
Beyond Cards, Kleenex, and Casseroles- How to tend a broken heart including our own
10-11am PST
Via Zoom: https://bit.ly/heartfeltgrieftending
Meeting ID: 844 9191 0765
Open to: MSIA Discourse Subscribers Only
In this workshop the first half will be a discussion of the various kinds of grief we experience and some general suggestions of ways to do our own inner work as we strive to support and hold space for those who are hurting. We will also discuss what works for those grieving. The second half of the workshop will be an opportunity to participate in the successful format used for more than two years with our support groups to hold space and light for ourselves and each other. Laughter, JR quotes, healing and YOU are the magic ingredients.
