HeartReach Death Café

We will be hosting ongoing Death Cafés to have an opportunity to discuss any aspects of death and dying in a safe space. This event is hosted by long time Death Café attendee and minister, Arlene Stepputat.

Our intention is to host these on the fourth Tuesday of each month. A complete events calendar for these events can be found HERE.

We encourage you to bring your favorite tea or coffee and a treat to accompany the discussion.

The Death Café is an international movement where people come together in a safe environment to talk about all things related to death and dying.

Circle of Light & Global Circle of Light

The Circle of Light program is available for active students of MSIA in support of their process of transition from this world. Its purpose is to have Light held in person, for the Soul, around the clock during the final days or hours of their process--so that no one will be alone or without that Gift of Light unless it's their path.

Circle of Light differs from Hospice in that we are present in the room, or nearby, to hold Light and to facilitate the process of slipping into that Light with ease and grace rather than focusing on an active involvement in the actual death process.

The Circle of Light program has now been extended to include Global Circle of Light. While Circle of Light is done physically with a person transitioning, Global Circle of Light is done remotely and globally. Anyone who is a Circle of Light volunteer is invited to participate, and the process is identical to Circle of Light.

Please fill out all fields to participate in Circle of Light in your area and Global Circle of Light only if you are an active MSIA discourse subscriber and have read the Circle of Light handbook.

To request a PDF of the Circle of Light handbook or if you have any questions, please contact the HeartFelt Team at light@heartfelt.org.

*NOTE: In order to participate in Circle of Light and Global Circle of Light, you must be an active MSIA discourse subscriber.  In order for us to verify that you are an active MSIA discourse subscriber, you must sign up to participate in Circle of Light and Global Circle of Light with the email address listed in your MSIA student account.

HeartReach Bulletin

The HeartReach Bulletin is a semi-monthly bulletin with Light requests for discourse subscribers and their families with serious medical challenges.

ElderReach

The overarching purpose of ElderReach is to provide the loving care and support of the spiritual family to the Elders of our Church who may no longer be able to attend MSIA Minister's meetings, seminars, programs or events.  In day-to-day terms, that can mean helping them feel connected to the Traveler and Church through calls, visits and other services.

If you are interested in either serving as a volunteer for ElderReach or if you are interesting in receiving services from ElderReach, please contact:
